In 2024, Cinemod Debuts is taking place in collaboration with the Shoot Shorts program. Shoot Shorts is an educational program that offers a fantastic opportunity for anyone to create their first short film, regardless of their filmmaking experience, age, or place of residence. Shoot Shorts brings people together into creative teams, allowing them to share their unique stories and make their dreams come true.

The program is supported by the British Council Estonia.

Cinema Debuts is pleased to announce that Thule Koda has become a partner of the festival. This is the stylish and comfortable entertainment complex on the island of Saaremaa, with a large cinema hall for 170 seats.
